Our team oversaw every aspect of the event, from planning and logistics to on-the-day execution, ensuring a seamless experience for athletes, spectators, and partners alike.

Our Responsibilities Included:

• Overall event planning and coordination across race segments

• Managing start/finish zones, timing systems, and athlete flow

• Oversight of technical production, including lighting, staging, and sound

• Coordination with sponsors, vendors, and volunteers

• Health, safety, and compliance management throughout the event

• On-the-day operations, including live event supervision and problem-solving
